There are many ways to take a project and make it into a business solution that is profitable and makes a difference at the same time. We work with the Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship, the Conscious Venture Lab and the Conscious Capitalism Chapter of Central Maryland (C3MD) to engage and inspire youth to do this.
Recently, we met Andrew Liu, an intern at the Conscious Venture Lab, who presented his Independent Research Project for Marriott’s Ridge High School to the board of C3MD. He studied Conscious Capitalism and the impact on businesses who chose to implement the tenets of CC.
Andrew is a member of The Social Contract, a Howard County organization that gather’s left over bread and baked goods from local bakeries and delivers them to shelters like Grassroots.
